Needham Mitnick & Pollack PLC is a small law firm which gives personalized attention to each case. Our goal is to make each client feel comfortable enough to speak openly about fears and concerns. Our lawyers have handled numerous complicated cases in the fields of elder law, estate, disability and special needs planning. Over the years, we have developed a reputation as experienced, skilled and compassionate attorneys. We are proud of this reputation.

The law firm of Needham Mitnick & Pollack PLC maintains its AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Martindale-Hubbell is the most recognized lawyer service in the country. An AV rating recognizes a Firm which has achieved the highest level of professional skill and integrity. The AV rating of Needham Mitnick & Pollack PLC is based on peer reviews by members of the Bar and the judiciary. The lawyers and staff at Needham Mitnick & Pollack PLC are dedicated to providing our Clients with the individual care and attention each deserves. Our services are designed to fulfill the planning needs of each person whatever his or her age or physical or mental needs. We search for solutions that will allow our Clients to maintain their dignity.

Our firm was formed in March of 1997 by Helen Cohn Needham and Judith A. Mitnick. Helen had been practicing law since 1968 and Judy since 1971. Susan K. Pollack started her law practice, as a second career in 1995. She merged her solo practice with Helen and Judy in October 2001 thus establishing Needham Mitnick & Pollack PLC. After joining the firm as “of counsel” in January 2010, Attorney Sheri R. Abrams, became a partner in January 2012. The combined years of legal experience of the four partners totals far more years than we care to mention.

While their depth and breadth of experience covers many areas of the law, Helen, Judy, Susan, Sheri, and our associate Attorney, Angela Griffith, have chosen to concentrate the firm’s practice in four areas – elder law, estate, disability and special needs planning. There is a tremendous need for guidance and assistance with this and we believe that we can make a significant impact on the lives of those who come to us for advice. Our experience with those who are aged or ill makes us acutely aware of the real life problems that can affect all of us. We carry this knowledge into our work with younger and healthier Clients. When you work with us, we connect you to our well established support network of other professionals who provide essential services to our Clients. We can identify financial planners, social workers, elder care professional, or others, and work with them to help you create and implement the best plan to meet your needs.

Needham Mitnick & Pollack PLC provides an extensive range of services to our clients. Some of our services are:

Estate Planning
Special Needs Planning

Probate Administration
